Yearly well- child checkups are recommended starting at age 3 through 18 years old.

Before your 2-month well-child check, we strongly recommend that you contact your insurance company to determine what services and immunizations are covered under your plan. There are many variations in plans we accept so it is the patient’s responsibility to know what their coverage is.

Please be aware that most insurance companies only allow 30 days after the birth date to add a new baby to your insurance. If the child is added after that grace period, any treatment given prior to adding them will not be covered by your policy. You may also be required to wait until your policy renewal date before being allowed to add the baby. Please contact your HR department or your insurance company directly for more information on their policies.

If you have any questions or concerns or would like some more information on any of the above listed vaccinations, please feel free to contact our office at any time. We look forward to serving you!
